Francisco Set to Leave PAR as Higos Approaches Philippine Area of Responsibility

Severe tropical storm Francisco is set to exit the Philippine area of responsibility Thursday afternoon or evening while tropical storm Higos may enter the PAR in the evening, according to PAGASA.

As of 4 a.m., Francisco was located 415 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
